If you have an in-person hearing scheduled
The health and safety of our clients and team members remains a top priority for the Appeals Commission. We continue to contact parties about available options for proceeding by videoconference, teleconference or documents-only. We will inform parties when we have determined that it is appropriate to resume in-person hearings.
