PUBLIC SECTOR COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY ACT (PSCTA) - BOARD MEMBER DISCLOSURE
Update September 2022: In accordance with the requirements within the Public Sector Compensation Transparency Act technical guide, the Appeals Commission for Alberta Workers’ Compensation is reporting an error and correction to our 2021 Disclosure. The correction has been made and the affected individual has been notified.
The Public Sector Compensation Transparency Act (PSCTA) was passed in November 2015 to increase transparency of compensation paid to a wide variety of public sector employees and appointees.
All board members of governing boards of agencies are required to disclose all compensation, with no threshold requirement.
Members on employment contract and receiving more than $104,754 per year are already included on the Government of Alberta salary and severance disclosure website.
