INTERRUPTION TO POSTAL SERVICES
Canada Post has issued notice that postal services may be disrupted effective Friday, July 8, 2016. In the event of no postal service, the Appeals Commission will either fax or courier documents and Appeals Document Packages (ADP) packages to parties. Appellants and representatives can courier, hand deliver or fax documents to our office.
The Appeals Commission's morning hearings in Calgary will commence at 9:00 a.m. effective April 1, 2016. This is a six month trial project which will be evaluated to determine if the change will become permanent. An update will be provided in October 2016. Please contact our office if you have any questions or concerns.
This change is in effect for our Calgary location only.
