Representation At Your Hearing
Workers and employers can attend their hearings alone if they are prepared
to present their case, or they may bring a representative. A lawyer, friend,
relative, union representative, independent consultant, or other individual
may act as a representative.
The Workers' Compensation Board offers an appeal advisory service
to injured workers at no cost. The Office of the Appeals Advisors
