Appeal Rules
These Appeal Rules, as adopted by the Appeals Commission,
are effective January 1, 2008, pursuant
to Section 13.1(3) of the Workers'
Compensation Act.

How to access the rules using the online Table of Contents below: |
The table of contents is comprised of Parts numbered 1 - 6 and an Appendix. Most Parts are further broken down into Divisions then into individual sections.
